Language courses

Enrollment in the courses offered by the Language Center is valid for one semester and must be completed exclusively online through our dedicated registration platform.

Registration for the second semester of 2025-2026 is open from January 12 to February 8, 2026 inclusive. Classes for the second semester of 2025-2026 begin the week of January 19, 2026.

As a student of the university, you may obtain ECTS credits depending on your program (please consult your academic office). If your program does not include courses from the Language Center, your regular attendance may be recognized in your diploma supplement, subject to attendance requirements. You may also request a certificate of enrollment.

As a member of the university staff, enrollment in a course at the Language Center may be recognized by the staff training department and thus contribute to your professional development.

If you are external to Sorbonne Paris Nord, enrollment is subject to a fee of €110 per semester, unless you are a refugee, an asylum seeker, or a beneficiary of subsidiary or temporary protection. Please note that you will not receive a student card or a certificate of enrollment, but you may request a certificate of registration.

The Language Center has received support from the CVEC (Contribution to Student and Campus Life) to develop its online registration platform.
